Terms of Use
By using YOMI, you agree to these terms. We wrote them plainly so you understand the service and your responsibility for your data.
Using YOMI
YOMI is a personal tool for organizing daily life and tracking information you enter yourself. You may use it only for personal and lawful purposes. You must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the app or website, or violate the rights of others.
Not professional advice
YOMI does not provide medical, treatment, financial, or professional religious advice. Treatment, weight, expense, and prayer features are personal reminder and recording tools, not substitutes for a qualified professional or official source.
Your information and backups
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining secure backups when needed. Deleting the app, resetting your device, or losing your device may permanently remove local data if no backup exists.
Availability and updates
We aim to provide a stable experience, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may change, repair, or discontinue features and release updates required for compatibility and security.
Intellectual property
The YOMI name, app and website design, logo, and related content are protected by applicable rights. These terms do not grant permission to copy, redistribute, or commercially use them without authorization.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, YOMI is provided as-is for personal use. We are not responsible for decisions based on inaccurate entries, data loss where no backup was maintained, or indirect loss resulting from use of the app.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and the current revision date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to support@yomione.com.
